Because our products are fragrance decants, each order may require careful preparation before shipment. We take the time needed to ensure your selected sizes are properly prepared, packaged, and ready for delivery.
Order Processing
After your order is placed, our team will review and prepare it for shipment.
Orders are typically processed during normal business days. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, weekends, holidays, special promotions, new product launches, or other operational factors.
Once your order has been prepared and transferred to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that placing an order does not always mean the package will ship the same day.
Shipping Within the United States
Ready Set Spray currently serves customers within the United States.
Available shipping methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout based on your order and delivery destination.
Shipping rates may vary depending on the shipping method selected, package details, destination, and carrier availability.
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Please allow some time after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active. In some cases, the carrier may receive the package before the first tracking scan appears online.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the shipping information before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing has started or after the package has been transferred to the carrier.
Incorrect Address or Returned Packages
If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, please contact us so we can review the order and available next steps.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be shipped again due to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Delayed Shipments
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, we recommend reviewing the carrier's tracking page first.
Tracking scans are sometimes delayed even while the shipment is moving through the carrier's network.
If your shipment appears to be significantly delayed or there has been no meaningful tracking update, you may contact us with your order number and tracking number and we will help review the situation.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:
- Check around the delivery location
- Check with household members
- Check with neighbors when appropriate
- Review any delivery photo or carrier notes
- Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details
Carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered shortly before the package is physically placed at the delivery location.
If you are still unable to locate the package after completing these steps, please contact us and include your order number and tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If you believe your shipment has been lost in transit, contact us with your order number and tracking details.
For packages that arrive with visible shipping damage, we recommend keeping the original packaging and taking clear photographs of the package and affected items.
Contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.
Multiple Items in One Order
If your order contains multiple fragrances or sizes, they will generally be prepared together when possible.
In some situations, order preparation or shipping logistics may result in items being handled separately. If separate tracking information is provided, please monitor each shipment individually.
Arriving Soon Products
Products labeled Arriving Soon are displayed on the website for upcoming availability.
These products are not considered immediately available inventory unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Once an Arriving Soon product becomes available for purchase and shipping, its product status will be updated accordingly.
Shipping Confirmation
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
This email may include:
