Ready Set Spray is an independent fragrance decant retailer offering selected fragrances in smaller decant formats.
Unless specifically stated otherwise on a product page, products sold by Ready Set Spray are fragrance decants and not the manufacturer's original full-size retail presentation.
A decant contains fragrance transferred from a larger source bottle into separate decant packaging in the size selected by the customer.
2. Authenticity & Brand Independence
Ready Set Spray is committed to offering genuine fragrances sourced through reputable and trusted channels.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Ready Set Spray is an independent fragrance decant retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorized representative of the fragrance brands referenced on our website.
Brand names, fragrance names, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property referenced on our website remain the property of their respective owners.
Such references are used to identify and describe the source fragrances associated with our decants.

3. Product Presentation
Because Ready Set Spray primarily sells fragrance decants, the product you receive may not resemble the manufacturer's original retail bottle, box, or packaging.
Manufacturer bottle imagery may be displayed on our website to help identify or represent the source fragrance.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing a decant does not mean you will receive the original manufacturer's bottle, box, presentation materials, or retail packaging.
4. Fragrance Sizes
Ready Set Spray offers multiple decant sizes depending on the fragrance.
Our current general size structure includes:
2 mL · 3 mL · 5 mL · 10 mL · 20 mL
Certain Luxury / Exclusive fragrances are offered only in:
5 mL · 10 mL · 20 mL
Available sizes may vary by fragrance and availability. Customers should review the individual product page before placing an order.
5. Fragrance Experience & Personal Preference
Fragrance is subjective.
A fragrance may smell or perform differently depending on factors including skin chemistry, environment, temperature, application, storage, and individual scent perception.
Descriptions, fragrance classifications, recommendations, and similar information on our website are intended to assist with discovery and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a customer will personally enjoy a particular fragrance.
Purchasing a fragrance based on its description does not guarantee that the fragrance will match your personal preference.
6. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product names, descriptions, sizes, availability, imagery, and other information accurately.
However, information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

Some fragrances may appear on our website as Arriving Soon. These products are part of our catalog but are not currently available for immediate purchase or fulfillment unless the applicable product page indicates otherwise.
Displaying a product on our website does not guarantee continuous availability.
We may add, remove, discontinue, restock, or change the availability of products or sizes at any time.

Prices are displayed in the currency presented on the website and are subject to change.
We reserve the right to update product prices, promotions, discounts, or offers at any time.

Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping carriers may experience delays caused by weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, operational issues, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside Ready Set Spray's reasonable control.

When tracking information is available, customers may monitor their shipment through the tracking information provided after fulfillment.

14. Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, incorrect products, and related requests are governed by our Returns policy.
Because fragrance decants are personal-use products, opened, sprayed, tested, or used decants generally cannot be returned solely because the customer does not like the fragrance.
Customers should review our Returns policy before purchasing and before attempting to return an item.
Do not send a return without following the applicable return instructions.
15. Damaged, Leaking, Incorrect or Missing Items
If an order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or incomplete, contact Ready Set Spray as soon as reasonably possible.

- Photographs of the affected product
- Photographs of the shipping packaging
- Other information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue
Customers should retain the affected product and packaging while the request is being reviewed.
